2) Sign In
3) Go To The Home Page
4) Click "Applications/Join Us"
5) Click "New Topic"
6) Copy & Paste The Format Into Your New Topic
7) Then Fill It Out
8) Click Send
9) Then Your Finished :)
10) Then You Just Have To Wait To Get Accepted Check Up On It Often Till I Say Tag Up Or Something. :)
